Our office is more than happy to assist patients who have dental insurance! We accept United Concordia Fee for Service, Delta Premier, and most major dental insurance plans. We ask that you assign your benefits to us at treatment and your balance or co-payment be paid at the time of your visit. When the insurance payment is received, we will promptly refund any overpayment or request that you pay any remaining balance.
We will always endeavor to assist you in determining your available insurance coverage, but it is your responsibility to know the limitations of your dental benefits. After all, the insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company.
We will do everything possible to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Our experienced office staff will handle all your claim filings electronically and we will fight for you so that you receive all the insurance benefits to which you are entitled.
